It’s time to blow off the keyboard cobwebs and get MTL back up and running after a stop start 2018. There were months of great productivity, but an equal amount of inactivity which is unusual for me. Most importantly though, the adventures never stopped happening in real life, and I’m still keen to present my findings and photos on here. I imagine that I won’t be as prolific as I have been in the past, but I hope that I can post quality over quantity and convince a few people to glance away from their Instagram feeds every now and then.
To kick off 2019 and give me an easy win, I thought I’d post a few photos of a serene sunset in Battersea that pairs nicely with a set of sunrise snaps that I put up a couple of years ago (see them here). I’ve recently moved flat, albeit within walking distance of the old one, but I’m now much closer to the river. I won’t go so far as to say it’s a New Year’s resolution, but I hope to chase down that magic light by the water a lot more often this year. And if you are a photographer yourself and want to join me on a photography-focused stroll some time, let me know in the comments or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org!
