From the fine folk behind Shepherd Market Wine House in Mayfair, London Beer House in Piccadilly, and Pavilion Wine in Chelsea comes Traders Wine Bar – a much needed spot for decent booze in St.Katherine Docks, next door to White Mulberries café on the waterfront. It’s open seven days a week for wine, cheese and charcuterie, and there are plans afoot to install some well chosen beer taps which would be great for the area. Traders also operates as a shop if you want to take something home that you’ve enjoyed, or just drop by to pick something up.
Group Sommelier Ben Van de Meutter can always be trusted to put together an interesting wine list at affordable prices, and Operations Manager Gary Furey knows his beers and spirits as is evident at the charming London Beer House. Overseeing everything is Nathan Lowry, the owner of this independent group that now boasts six sites across the city. Together they’ve created another cosy watering hole in a corner of London that was lacking. Cheers!
